Rosebank Apartments is located within the Liberty Grove Community Estate located near the suburb of Rhodes in Sydney NSW.
The Rosebank building is a high rise apartment block of 64 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments. The building is 20 years old. It has two lifts, a small Gym and a Swimming Pool.
United Strata Solutions (USS) has been the Strata Manager for Rosebank apartments since December 2012
Finding a cost effective Strata Manager who is a good fit with the needs, personality and operating style of the Rosebank Strata Committee and Owners/Tenants is important to us and can be challenging.
We have utilised the services of a number of Strata Manager over the years and selected USS following an extensive tender process.
We have renewed our agreement with USS on a number of occasions, there being no motivation to seek alternative provider proposals.
USS have a very clear understanding of our needs and work in unison with our Building Manager and the Strata Committee to ensure the smooth, cost effective running of the building. Interactions with and responses from USS are timely, friendly, courteous, professional and efficient.
Reports are submitted in a concise, accurate, easy to follow format. Queries are responded to fully and in a timely manner. Knowledge of Strata matters is sound and reliable.
USS have initiated a number of cost saving initiatives for our building. They are easily contactable, transparent in dealings with us and responsive to our needs and requests at all times.
They well satisfy my needs as Treasurer of the building, position I have held for around 20 years.
USS are well worthy of consideration for the role of Strata Manager.
